How long does it take to receive the order after it has been placed?

Ideally, the orders are delivered within 5-6 business days from the date of placing the order. If a product is out of stock, can I still order it?

Yes, you can. If a product goes out of stock, then we try our level best to make it available in stock. You can order it and keep it in cart and when the product is available, you can take the order process ahead, else the transaction will not proceed.

Is refund available on an item purchased?

Refund option is available but it comes with conditions. If you didn’t like the product or the wrong product got delivered, you can opt for refund.
