Return Policy

*All exchange/ returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee

Customers must return the item with the original packing, and all items must be in original condition. Also, customers will have to pay for the return shipping fee. Note any item worn or used can’t be returned or exchanged.

 

If a return/exchange is intended, what facilities can I expect?

We have made returns hassle free but within 5 business days of receiving your order! Contact us and provide the required details to initiate a return. We will arrange for a pick-up (if Possible) our representative will check the item on pick-up and on successful verification; you will be notified about the delivery date if the product is being exchanged.

 

Can I return an item that I no longer need although the purchase has been made?

Yes, you can. This comes with criteria. You can initiate a return request within 5 business days of the date of the product delivery. Our representative will check the status of the product and on satisfaction, it will be accepted. You can expect the amount within 5 business days from the date of pick-up of the item. Please return the product along with the packing as you had received it from us. The product should not be used or have any damage to it and must be in its original condition.

 

The order I received is correct, but there is an issue with the size. Can I exchange it for an appropriate size?

Yes, it is possible to do so. In this case, kindly do not use the product and retain the packing. Initiate an exchange request by contacting us and we will take care of the rest. Keep in mind that on custom made uniforms we cannot take responsibility of Shirts/ pajamas if you provided the wrong specifications.

 

Can I return or exchange items partially?

Yes, we accept such requests. Make sure you retain the original packing and order number of the items being delivered. Additionally, you should not use the product which you intend to return or exchange.

 

Can I still cancel it?

Yes, you can. You are requested not to accept the order even if it reaches you. The refund will be initiated as soon as we receive the returned product. You will be notified at each step of the return via email.

 

How long does it take to receive the order after it has been placed?

Ideally, the orders are delivered within 5-6 business days from the date of placing the order. However, the time taken for delivery can vary depending upon the ZIP code of the area where the order needs to be shipped. Orders in bulk are usually sent via courier. If a product is out of stock, can I still order it?

Yes, you can. If a product goes out of stock, then we try our level best to make it available in stock. Once back in stock we will ship it right away.

 

What is the warranty on the products?

The warranty that the product comes with is mentioned in the description of the product. Kindly see the warranty information before ordering the product. Most warranty claims needs to be addressed in the store of the respective brand. AISHISPORTS covers limited warranty of the products. All manufacturing defect products by Aishi Sports are covered under our refund and replacement policy. (this does not include other brand products)
